Manager Paul Sturrock says Fallon's game has improved since joining
Plymouth Argyle have opened contract negotiations with striker Rory Fallon.
The 26-year-old New Zealand-born forward joined Argyle for £300,000 in January 2007 from Swansea City and is out of contract next summer.
He has scored 12 goals for the club in that time making 64 appearances for the Home Park club.
"Rory has shown a love for the football club and the area of Plymouth. He's mooted he wants to stay here," manager Paul Sturrock told BBC Spotlight.
"I think we've added to Rory's game from the times I've watched him in the past and I think he's benefitted from that work we've done on him," added Sturrock.
"I think Rory's appreciative that he wants to be settled in his mind where he wants to play his football next season."
