Luke McCormick is determined to hold on to the Plymouth goalkeeping jersey after getting his chance at Reading.
The 21-year-old was recalled by boss Bobby Williamson and kept a clean sheet against the play-off chasing Royals.
It was McCormick's first Championship outing since he lost his place to Romain Larrieu in mid-September.
McCormick told the Plymouth Herald: "I feel I've been patient and now I'm going to make this spot mine until the end of the season."
