Sturrock sees work ahead
Plymouth boss Paul Sturrock underlined his side's need to improve their fitness despite Argyle claiming a 1-0 friendly win over Montrose.
Kevin Wills scored the decisive goal but Sturrock told the club's website: "We looked as though we needed the game in the first half but we got better. "It's good to get a result but the point was to move towards full fitness. "We've got a lot of work to do in training this week. The purpose of this trip is not a holiday but hard work."
