Green joins ex-Daggers Craig Mackail-Smith and Shane Blackett at Posh
Peterborough have signed Dagenham & Redbridge winger Dominic Green in their most expensive summer signing.
The 19-year-old has signed a four-year deal with the League One side for an undisclosed fee.
Posh boss Darren Ferguson beat Crystal Palace, an unnamed Championship club and Huddersfield to the signing of the former West Ham trainee.
"He's a quick left-winger and we have done very well to get him," Ferguson told the club's official website.
Green started his career as part of a West Ham community programme before being offered a full-time contract with Dagenham in 2006.
Over the past two seasons, Green has made only four league starts, but scored a well-taken free kick as Dagenham beat Chester City 6-0 on the opening day of the new campaign.
