Director of football role for Fry
Peterborough owner Barry Fry will take up the role of director of football when he steps down as manager after Saturday's game against Port Vale.

"The only way I will help the new manager is clear out players he doesn't want. My role will be to get money into this club," he told the club website.

"That means selling players if we have any to sell. Selling players has kept this club going since I came to Posh.

"I have made a lot of money for the club and will continue in this role."
