Wilder has warned the players a repeat performance is unacceptable
Oxford United's squad faces a major overhaul, according to the club's manager Chris Wilder.
The U's went out of the FA Trophy on Wednesday, losing 2-1 to York City, and Wilder says the defeat has given him a better idea of the size of his task.
"I think it needs a big change around, and I learned a lot on Tuesday night, possibly more from a defeat," Wilder told BBC Oxford.
"You learn about peoples' characters and their attitudes."
He added: "Tuesday confirmed a few things and we certainly need a few leaders in the side."
Wilder has signed former Doncaster winger Craig Nelthorpe ahead of the Blue Square Premier clash with Altrincham and has let midfielder Phil Trainer join Blue Square North side Telford United.
