New Oxford strikers James Constable and Jamie Guy were key figures in United's 4-0 friendly win at Banbury on Tuesday.
Guy made the first goal for Constable as half-time approached, before his second-half shot deflected in off Constable to put Oxford 2-0 up.
There was no doubt about the third goal as Guy, on loan from Colchester, rounded the keeper to score after powering through Banbury's defence.
Substitute Craig Reid, a trialist, netted the fourth.
