Notts County fans will have an opportunity to question chairman John Armstrong-Holmes about the proposed takeover of the club.
Armstrong-Holmes will hold a fans forum on Wednesday 24 June at Meadow Lane to discuss the deal with Munto Finance.
The Middle Eastern consortium have agreed to buy the club, but the deal is yet to be sanctioned by the Notts County Supporters Trust.
The Trust are the majority shareholder, owning 60.16% of the club.
"Ultimately the decision on whether the proposal is accepted will rest with members of the Supporters Trust," Armstrong-Holmes told the club's website.
"But the takeover issue clearly affects all supporters, and we believe it is only right that they should have the chance to raise questions and hear what we have to say.
"Certain information about the finances will still be subject to our confidentiality agreement with Munto, and it's for them to decide whether they want to discuss those details when the time is right.
"But we always try to be transparent about things within our control and that's why (vice-chairman) Roy Parker and I will be happy to meet with supporters to discuss the proposal."
