County get their man
Craig Ireland
Craig Ireland is joining the second division Magpies
Notts County are on the verge of signing Dundee defender Craig Ireland after the clubs agreed a fee of around £50,000, according to BBC Radio Nottingham.

Ireland impressed on loan at Meadow Lane towards the end of last season but no permanent deal was forthcoming.

Dundee wanted more money than previously indicated, leading to protracted negotiations.

But County boss Jocky Scott sealed the deal last weekend, providing Ireland, 25, passes a medical.
