Tyson joined Forest on loan in Nov 2005, before signing permanently in January 2006
Nottingham Forest striker Nathan Tyson has signed a new contract at the club.
The new deal will keep the 26-year-old at the City Ground until the summer of 2011, with his old deal having been due to expire at the end of this season.
The move finally ends speculation over Tyson's future, which had been mounting for a long while.
Tyson's spell at Forest so far has been blighted by injury, but he has still scored 34 goals in 119 appearances since joining the club in 2005.
