Nottingham Forest defender Brendan Moloney has told BBC Radio Nottingham he is keen to establish himself as a regular member of the first team.
Moloney, 19, was re-called from a loan spell at Rushden & Diamonds last week and figured in Forest's 1-0 win over Barnsley on Saturday.
He said: "I played five or six games there and it did me the world of good.
"But I was just delighted to be called back and now I just have to keep going training the way I have been."
The Irishman, who had a spell on loan at Chesterfield last season, added: "I went out on loan to get experience, you need to do that when you're a young lad."
