Calderwood hails spot-kick save

Lee Camp
Forest have the option to sign Camp permanently in January

Nottingham Forest manager Colin Calderwood said Lee Camp's penalty save against Derby will go down in history with the club's fans.

"A bit of folklore has been written," Calderwood told BBC Radio Nottingham.

The ex-Derby goalkeeper also pulled off a save seconds later as Emmanuel Villa tried to take three points.

"I'd have liked it to be a bit of a stalemate and closed out at 1-1 but these things are sent to try us and thankfully we hung on," Camp added.

"I think a draw was a fair result, maybe they could have had a goal towards the end with that disallowed one.

"We needed a little bit of luck. We've been so unlucky in recent games, so maybe lady luck shined on us today. I'm very pleased with a point."

Forest remain second from bottom in the Championship, five points from safety.
