Calderwood is in his third season at the City Ground
Nottingham Forest manager Colin Calderwood says he is not worrying about speculation among supporters over his position at the club.
The Reds are without a win in 10 games, and go into the match against Cardiff City six points adrift of safety.
Some supporters have called for a change at the top, despite promotion in May, but Calderwood told BBC Radio Nottingham: "There will be a change.
"The change will be with the people here and us becoming a winning team."
We've got to make that difference. If not, there will be changes. It's obvious in football.
Colin Calderwood
Calderwood has enjoyed great success during his time as a manager, both at the City Ground and previously at Northampton.
His exemplary record is coming under threat this season, though, with the Reds recording only one league victory since their return to the Championship after three seasons in League One.
And he is realistic to know that he needs to turn the club's fortunes around quickly: "We've got to make that difference. If not, there will be changes. It's obvious in football."
"Worrying about that just takes your focus off the job in hand and that's the wrong thing to do for everyone involved at Nottingham Forest."
