PFA helps Bart-Williams
Chris Bart Williams has rejected moves to Southampton and Birmingham
Chris Bart-Williams wants final say in any transfer
Chris Bart-Williams is to get the help of the Professional Footballers' Association in his dispute with Nottingham Forest.

Since the midfielder turned down moves to Southampton and Birmingham City he has been languishing in the reserves.

The club want to sell Bart-Williams before his contract runs out in the summer.

Meanwhile the Forest's board of directors have promised they will not interfere with manager Paul Hart's team selection again.

The Forest board placed a ban on Hart picking Bart-Williams.

"The situation with Chris is a one-off and we can't see a similar situation arising in the future," said Forest's chief executive Mark Arthur.
