Martin scored his first City goal against Doncaster last week
Norwich City defender Russell Martin says he will take criticism from Canaries fans in his stride.
Martin, 24, has been an ever-present for City this season but took a while to win over some sections of the Carrow Road support.
He told BBC Radio Norfolk: "Maybe there's a few grumbling, but I think they have been good to me on the whole.
"I don't really notice it on a Saturday. If it's me that's fine, it's about opinions."
He added: "I know myself when I've played okay and when I haven't and the gaffer would tell me that.
As a back four I don't think we've been cut open by anyone so far

"Maybe I'm not the sort of player who makes last-ditch tackles or things like that, I like to think it's because I get myself into positions where I don't need to do that."
Norwich were applauded off the pitch on Saturday despite a 2-0 home defeat by Hull City.
Paul Lambert's side were undone by two late goals leaving Martin to reflect on a result he feels fails to reflect the performance.
"It was disappointing because people will look at it and say we conceded two goals at home, but as a back four I don't think we've been cut open by anyone so far," he said.
"We feel pretty solid, especially with Andrew Crofts in front to protect us."
