Norwich have signed Sunderland striker Chris Brown for £325,000 in a two-and-a-half-year deal.
The 22-year-old, who had loan spells at Hull and Doncaster, scored 22 goals for Sunderland in 69 appearances.
"Chris is a big lad with great technical ability," Norwich manager Peter Grant told the club's website.
"It is rare to get that combination and he will offer us something different. Chris has great experience, but he also has great potential."
Brown became the second striker to leave Sunderland in the January transfer window following Jon Stead's move to Sheffield United.
He is expected to make his Norwich debut against Plymouth on Saturday.
"I am delighted to be coming to such a good club with an ambitious manager," said Brown.
"It's a great platform for me and I will do my utmost to get Norwich promoted to the Premier League."
