Green will stay, says Worthington
Norwich goalkeeper Robert Green
Green is one of the most highly rated keepers in the Premiership
Norwich manager Nigel Worthington has reiterated keeper Robert Green will not leave at the end of the season even if the club are relegated.

The 25-year-old has forced himself into international set-up with England and been a key to Norwich's late revival in the battle for survival.

"First of all, we're not going down," Worthington told a fans' forum.

"And secondly, Robert Green is going nowhere. That's my stance and also the stance of the board."

Canaries captain Craig Fleming has warned his team to expect a stiff test when they go to Fulham on Sunday, seeking a first away win of the season, which will also keep them in the Premiership.

"There is no case of any team not having anything to play for and not giving a monkey's - they will be right up for it," he said.

"So we have got to continue with the way we have been doing things."
