Huckerby's comments are at odds with his agents'

On-loan Norwich striker Darren Huckerby has distanced himself from comments made by his agent.
Huckerby's agent Phil Smith, of First Artists' Corporation, told BBC Radio Norfolk that Manchester City striker Huckerby would not be renewing his current loan spell.
But Huckerby said: "I was upset with the comments.
"He's got his opinions, but at the end of the day I will decide where I want to play, not my agent."
Smith had told BBC Radio Norfolk: "His loan finishes in December, it ends there.
"Three months and that's it, any longer was never really an issue.
"Darren is a player with Premiership aspirations and unless the club can guarantee him Premiership football then he's never going to stay - that dictates everything.
"And unless they are playing Premiership football then they won't be able to afford him.
"I don't think any team in Division One could afford him."
But Huckerby said: "I think it's an insult to say that Norwich aren't a big enough club to sign me.
"No player is bigger than the club in my opinion.

I think the fans, the manager and the players here respect what I can do

"If everything did work out, I would be happy to sign with Norwich.
"Why wouldn't I consider signing for a club that's two points off the top of the table?
"Every player wants to play where they are happiest and where they are appreciated and respected.
"I think the fans, the manager and the players here respect what I can do.
"For me, it's been a privilege to play in this team when they have been doing so well and playing good football.
"I'm very pleased that we have been undefeated in all the games we've played where I have been involved," Huckerby told Norwich's official website.
Huckerby has 18 months left on his contract at Manchester City, where the signing of Nicolas Anelka, and the re-emergence of Robbie Fowler and Paulo Wanchope have squeezed him out of the pecking order.
Manchester City boss Kevin Keegan may be prepared to use Huckerby as a bargaining chip in negotiations for Norwich keeper Robert Green.
