West Ham striker Petr Mikolanda has signed for Northampton Town on a month's loan.
The Czech Republic Under-21 international joined the Hammers in the summer from Viktoira Ziskov but is yet to start a senior game at Upton Park.
"We have watched him a few times and saw him again for the reserves in mid-week when he was impressive," boss Colin Calderwood told Town's website.
"He has got a chance of making a very successful career for himself."
He added: "It really is a case of seeing how the month goes and taking it from there."
