SOUNESS' VIEW

Newcastle boss Graeme Souness believes his side just needs lady luck to shine on them after a solid performance in the 0-0 draw with Middlesbrough.
"We played well for an hour and I'm delighted with the effort from what is a young team," said Souness.
"I just feel there's an element of luck deserting us, but in terms of effort I'll sleep well tonight because they've done everything I've asked of them.
"We could have won our last three games but lady luck's not shining on us."
Souness admitted on another day both Charles N'Zogbia and James Milner would have scored and said he was looking to strengthen his squad when the season ends.
"Normally N'Zogbia would have put that one in and Milner's shot produced a great save from Brad Jones," added Souness.
"We have to get some of our better players back on the pitch and the summer will take care of itself.
"Like every other manager I want to bring in new faces and it will be an interesting summer for everyone."
