Johnsen has won 30 caps for Norway

Newcastle manager Graeme Souness has made defender Ronny Johnsen his first signing since taking over on Tyneside.
The 35-year-old has signed until the end of the season, with a get-out clause which can be invoked in January.
Souness targeted the former Manchester United player as cover for the loss of Jonathan Woodgate to Real Madrid.
Johnsen, who spent an unsuccessful spell on trial at Southampton in the summer, is a free agent after leaving Aston Villa at the end of last season.
The Norwegian international brings a wealth of experience to St James's Park.
Johnsen made his name at Manchester United, where he was part of their Treble-winning team in the 1998/99 season.
