McBride rejected the chance to stay with Motherwell
Midfielder Kevin McBride is leaving Motherwell to sign up with Darlington, subject to a medical.

The 25-year-old, who signed on at Fir Park from Celtic in July 2005 after a season on loan in Lanarkshire, is moving under freedom of contract.

McBride scored eight goals during his three seasons with Motherwell and has rejected an offer to stay on.

Darlington, who finished 11th in England's League Two, have also signed Scott Wiseman and John Brackstone.
