Montrose have signed striker John Baird from St Mirren following his successful loan spell in Division Three.

But midfielder Mark Docherty, who was also farmed out to Links Park, is to sign a new Buddies contract.
And winger Greig Henslee has rejected the offer of a new deal with Montrose and will emigrate to New Zealand.
Goalkeeper Andy Reid, defenders Jed Stirling and Chris Tawse, and midfielders Steve Kerrigan, Stephen Fraser and Graeme Stewart are released.
Montrose manager Jim Weir's clearout might not end there.
He plans talking to "two or three" players who have not been first choices and who might be placed on the transfer list.
But midfielder Hugh Davidson, defender Darryn Kelly, goalkeeper Stuart McKenzie and striker Phil Reid have signed new one-year contracts.
And Weir is interested in signing defender Stuart Malcolm, released by Alloa Athletic after his loan spell with Montrose but who is considering a couple of offers.
Weir is delighted to have signed Baird.
"He has scored his fair share of goals for us and he is another with a great attitude," he told his club website.
There is a gentleman's agreement that Henslee will rejoin Montrose should things not work out in New Zealand.
"Greig is a popular player with the fans and was under contract with us for another two years," added Weir.
"We could have stood in his way, but we agreed to let him go."
