Millwall have been fined £10,000 by a Football Association disciplinary hearing because of their poor disciplinary record last season.
The figure is a third of a suspended fine hanging over from the previous season, with the rest still suspended.
"Several players who accounted for a substantial portion of those points have left us," chief executive Ken Brown told the club website.
"We also have a new manager in post. Hopefully our discipline will improve."
