Millwall player-manager Dennis Wise and his assistant Ray Wilkins have both put pen to paper on new one-year contracts.
Wise and Wilkins took charge in November 2003
The deal will see the pair, who led the Lions to their first-ever FA Cup final in May, stay at the New Den until the end of next season.
"We believe we are making real progress under their leadership," Millwall chief executive Ken Brown told the club's website.
Meanwhile, chairman Theo Paphitis will step down at the end of this campaign.
When Paphitis joined the club seven years ago it was in administration but he has now stablilised its finances.
"Dennis and Ray's commitment ensures an important level of stability at the club in light of the chairman's decision to stand down," added Brown.
