Dichio set for Millwall move
Danny Dichio
Much-travelled Dichio is set to move back to London
West Brom striker Danny Dichio is on the brink of signing for Millwall after the two clubs agreed on a fee.

Albion have accepted a bid which will could see them net 500,000 depending on appearances and 675,000 in total if Millwall reach the Premiership.

"A lot has been said about the fee we wanted for Danny but it's my duty to get the best possible deal for West Brom," said chairman Jeremy Peace.

"This principle applies whether we are buying or selling a player."

Dichio set up the permanent deal by bagging five goals in three games in a month-long loan spell at the New Den.

He was languishing behind strikers Geoff Horsfield, Lee Hughes, Scott Dobie and Rob Hulse in the West Brom pecking order and was desperate to move.
