Middlesbrough midfielder Mark Wilson has joined Doncaster Rovers on a month's loan.
The 25-year-old has struggled for first-team opportunities since moving to the Riverside Stadium during the summer of 2001.
The former Manchester United player has had previous loan spells Stoke City, Swansea and Sheffield Wednesday.
Meanwhile, Boro striker Malcolm Christie scored on his comeback against Sunderland reserves on Thursday.
