Manchester United beat a Europe XI to celebrate the European Union's 50th anniversary and of the Red Devils' 50 years in European competition.
Ronaldo scored Man Utd's third goal
United were 4-1 up by the interval thanks to a Wayne Rooney double, Wes Brown's close-range finish and Cristiano Ronaldo's stunning free-kick.
Florent Malouda's left-footed shot made it 2-1, while Zlatan Ibrahimovic missed a penalty with United leading 3-1.
El-Hadji Diouf came off the bench to score a header and an impudent penalty.
The match, watched by a 74,343 crowd, raised £1.25m for charity.
