Manchester United have turned down an increased offer from Turkish club Besiktas for midfielder Kleberson.
Kleberson helped Brazil win a record fifth World Cup in 2002
United have already rejected a £2m bid from Besiktas for the 26-year-old Brazilian, who cost United £6m from Atletico Paranaese two years ago.
"We had another, improved offer from Besiktas on 29 July but at the moment we know his value," said United manager Sir Alex Ferguson.
"He's wanting first-team football so we're prepared to listen to offers."
Kleberson has made just 30 appearances during his injury interrupted career at Old Trafford.
Celta Vigo are also interested in signing the Brazilian, who was part of their World Cup winning team in 2002.
