Wallwork mulls Baggies offer
Ronnie Wallwork
Wallwork has failed to establish himself at Old Trafford
Ronnie Wallwork's agent has told West Brom the Manchester United midfielder will only join the Premiership newcomers if they prove they are serious about staying in the top flight.

Wallwork's contract at Old Trafford expires this summer, leaving him a free agent.

And his agent Neil Sillett revealed the 24-year-old already has firm offers on the table from the Baggies and First Division Portsmouth.

"The decision is now down to Ronnie. West Brom and Portsmouth are the two clubs who have made offers so far," Sillett told the United club website.

"Portsmouth have come to us with an offer that will be very difficult to turn down.

"They are signing lots of players and they have made their intentions clear.

"The Premiership is very appealing to Ronnie and West Brom have made a firm offer, but Ronnie may want to see who else they sign.

"They haven't signed anybody else as yet and he wants to know that West Brom will not stay in the Premiership for just the one season.

"We are in constant contact with West Brom, but we still have other clubs to talk to.

"Two other Premiership clubs have shown an interest but they haven't come back to me as yet."
