Man Utd renew Nesta interest
Lazio and Italy centre-back Alessandro Nesta
Nesta is expected to leave Lazio in the summer
Manchester United are again being linked with a move for Lazio defender Alessandro Nesta.

Sir Alex Ferguson's brother is reportedly heading to Rome this weekend to watch the Italy international.

Nesta looked set to be on his way to Juventus in the summer for around 30m.

But the proposed transfer is now the subject of an Italian Football Association investigation.

The 25-year-old's agent, Alessandro Moggi, is the son of Juve general manager Luciano Moggi, which could be considered a conflict of interests.

Martin Ferguson, brother of the United boss, will check on Nesta as Lazio take on Roma, according to the Daily Mail.

Real Madrid are also thought to be interested in signing Nesta, but the English champions could be helped by the fact that Lazio still owe them money from the Jaap Stam deal.
