Manchester City forward Rolando Bianchi has signed for Torino on a five-year deal, according to the Italian club.
Bianchi, 25, was recruited by former City boss Sven-Goran Eriksson from Reggina in July 2007 for £8.8m.
However, the Italian made only 19 appearances, scoring four goals, before being loaned to Lazio in January.
"I have only one aim: to take to great heights, together with my team-mates, Il Toro and all their splendid fans," said Bianchi on his official website.
Despite scoring on his debut at West Ham, Bianchi failed to settle in the Premier League and had earlier complained about the English lifestyle.
Previously capped 13 times for the Italian under-21 side, Bianchi has also played for Cagliari and Atalanta.
