Alexander's men won two matches in eight days

Macclesfield boss Keith Alexander has spoken of his delight with his side's current form.

Town have won twice and drawn the other of their last three games to move up from 23rd to 14th in League Two.

Alexander told BBC Radio Manchester: "It's been a fantastic week by anybody's standards.

"Taking seven points in three games is excellent play. Our players have got to play with pressure week in, week out and learn how to handle it."

He added: "As managers we're always having pressures and are always having stick so I'm delighted with the way the last few games have gone."
