Reid extends stay at Macclesfield

Macclesfield Town

Macclesfield Town full-back Izak Reid has signed a new two-year deal to stay at Moss Rose.

The 19-year-old established himself in the first team last season, playing in 38 league matches and five cup games

Reid, who scored two league goals in 2008/09 against Port Vale and Morecambe, has worked his way through the ranks.

Having joined the club as a 15-year-old, he made his debut for the club in 2006 under former manager Paul Ince.
