Luton owner calls for fan support

Luton Town

Luton Town's board are calling on fans to give their full support after they failed to overturn their 10-point penalty for financial irregularities.

The Hatters will now start League Two next season with minus 30 points after the Football Association turned down Luton's appeal on Tuesday.

"We need to encourage fans to come to Kenilworth Road and make it a feared ground," said Luton owner Gary Sweet.

"Now is the time to stand United. Our club needs our fans".
