Luton appoint new youth coaches

Luton have appointed two new youth development coaches in Alan Neilson and Gregg Broughton.

The 35-year-old Neilson, who is a former defender and played for Luton between 2002 and 2005, takes up the role of youth development coach.

Neilson told the club's website: "There's a fantastic bunch of lads here with real potential and I hope to develop them into first-team players."

Broughton's role will be more financial and organisational, with some coaching.
