The FA's investigation into Luton began in March 2007
Luton Town are to plead guilty to Football Association charges regarding payments to agents, reports BBC 3CR.
The plea has been revealed in a document sent to creditors.
The document also details the club's current financial position and sets out the LTFC 2020 consortium's plans to complete their takeover.
In December Luton had denied the 17 charges handed to them the previous month, when they also had 10 points docked after going into administration.
Luton's administrators had pleaded not guilty to the charges after taking legal advice.
The Hatters faced 17 charges relating to payments to agents for nine specific player negotiations which were allegedly made through parent company Jayten, rather than through the club as required by FA rules.
The FA placed a total of more than 50 charges in November.
These included charges against former chairman Bill Tomlins, and former directors John Mitchell, Derek Peter and Richard Bagehot.
