Future 'up in the air' - Lincoln City striker Grimes
Grimes is on loan at Lincoln City until the end of the season
Lincoln City's on-loan striker Ashley Grimes says he still does not know who he will be playing for next season.
Grimes, who is out of contract in the summer, scored twice in the Imps' 2-1 win over Southend to take his tally to 16 since joining on loan from Millwall.
Several clubs in higher divisions are believed to be watching his progress.
He told BBC Lincolnshire: "My future's up in the air. I don't know where I'll be next season but I'm a Lincoln player until May and after that, who knows?"
Grimes added: "People are always going to talk about you, whether you're doing good or bad. People will always have opinions but you just have to go out there and play football.
"When I came here my only target was to play as many games as possible and not even think about goals, but now I want to get as many as I can. This is a great club, I love the manager and all the lads have been great."
