Leyton Orient midfielder Adam Chambers has signed a new one-year contract - with an option for a further season.

The 29-year-old is the longest-serving member of the current O's squad having joined the club in August 2006.

Since then he has made 162 appearances, scoring 10 goals and was voted player of the year for the 2007/08 season.

Orient have also secured the future of 18-year-old French defender Mike Cestor, a product of their youth system, who has signed a two-year deal.
