Guttridge helped Southend to win two successive promotions

Leyton Orient have completed the signing of Southend United midfielder Luke Guttridge for an undisclosed fee.
The 24-year-old played seven games for the O's while on loan in December and has signed until the end of the season.
He returned to the Shrimpers at the beginning of the month but has been restricted to a bench role, prompting his decision to move to Brisbane Road.
Orient boss Martin Ling said: "Luke will be a major ingredient in our our hopes for survival."
