Southend United's Luke Guttridge has joined Leyton Orient on loan, reports BBC Radio Essex.
The midfielder has struggled to hold down a first team place at roots Hall this season and has joined the League One side until 1 January.
Southend have also recently signed Alan McCormack on loan which has seen Guttridge slip down the pecking order.
Shrimpers manager Steve Tilson said: "Luke needs games and at present he is not getting that here."
