Leyton Orient boss Martin Ling looked to the positives after a decent display failed to yield all three points, as they drew 1-1 with Brentford.
Sean Tillen's 88th-minute equaliser prevented Orient getting the win and Ling said: "We were worth three points.
"We've had a few rants and raves over the past three games but there was no need for that after that display.
"The squad was stretched to the full so while it's a disappointing result, I am pleased with the performance."
