Boss Martin Ling praised the spirit of his side after Leyton Orient's 1-0 win against Cheltenham kept the O's in the race for the League Two title.
Ling said: "We've ground out the result with some last-gasp defending and good saves from our keeper Glyn Garner.
"We've shown we've got resilience and that will hold us in good stead if it gets nervy at the end of the season.
"It's nice for us to be in a pressure situation at the top of the league - our destiny is in our own hands."
