Leyton Orient manager Martin Ling hailed his side's all-round performance in the 2-1 win at Bury.
He said: "We were always in control, it was a thoroughly professional performance at a difficult place.
"We were working hard from the front, there's more voice out there. People are taking responsibility, talking and understanding each other.
"It's a decent start but I won't get carried away. But the players are confident now with two wins from two."
