Refreshed Fryatt ready for play-off push
Leicester City striker Matt Fryatt says his side's run to the play-offs is no surprise to anyone at the club.
The Foxes won the League One title last season and many pundits tipped them to struggle in the Championship.
But Fryatt told BBC East Midlands Today: "Having assessed the teams from the first ten games, we got a feeling in the camp that we could do well.
"To to be within touching distance of the Premier League is tremendous but we need to be able to finish that job."
Fryatt, who only returned to action in last week's 2-0 victory over Middlesbrough after ten weeks out with a broken jaw, says the confidence the team gained from last season's title win played a big part in building momentum this time around.
"I don't think anyone else thought we could do well," he said. "But we have done excellent having come up from League One last season.
"We have been able to carry that on; the boys have been tremendous and so have the staff and manger - everyone has been in it together."
