Gradel came off the bench to make his Leeds debut against Norwich
Leicester City boss Nigel Pearson is in no doubt winger Max Gradel's one-month loan move to League One leaders Leeds United will benefit everyone involved.
Pearson told BBC Radio Leicester: "It's great for Max and for us.
"Our squad has a lot more depth than it has had for a while so Max's first-team opportunities have been a bit limited.
"Now he will get the chance to be around the first team and it means that if after a month he is needed, he comes back with a bit of experience."
And Pearson is in no doubt that Gradel, 21, is the sort of character who will make the most of his loan stint.
"He will take a lot of enthusiasm there and has a lot ability," Pearson added.
Gradel was a regular part of the Foxes squad that earned promotion by winning League One last term but has only made one appearance this season.
