Dabizas to join Leicester
Nikos Dabizas
Dabizas is Leicester bound
Leicester City are poised to complete the loan signing of Newcastle defender Nikos Dabizas on Monday.

The Greece international has passed a medical and agreed personal terms with the Midlands club.

However final administrative details have still to be completed before the player can move from St James Park.

Dabizas will link up with former Newcastle players Steve Howey and Les Ferdinand at the Walker's Stadium.

He has been out of the first team picture with Newcastle during the current campaign but Adams believes he has the kind of experience that Leicester are looking for in their bid to stay in the top flight.

Dabizas has agreed an initial six-month contract until the end of the season but has an option to extend his deal if Leicester cling onto their Premiership place.

His signing means that Adams has now brought in 13 players since Leicester regained their top flight status last May.
