Leeds United's Hogan Ephraim expects to return to QPR

Leeds United loanee Hogan Ephraim says his parent club QPR want him back when his loan spell expires in January.

The winger, 21, is at Leeds to gain match fitness following ankle surgery.

He told BBC Radio Leeds: "QPR told me the day I left that I had to be back after a month and they said they had no intention of selling me.

"They told me that at the start of the season as well. If they say they don't want to sell me, then they don't want to sell me."

Ephraim has made two appearances for Leeds this season - on the back of seven outings for QPR earlier this term.

He continued: "I'm happy there but I've just come out to play my own game and after the month we'll see what happens."

The Londoner started his career at West Ham and had loan spells with Colchester and QPR, whom he joined permanently in January 2008.
