Jefferies thought his side lost the game due to a poor first half
|
Kilmarnock manager Jim Jefferies wants his team to show a greater desire to win for a full 90 minutes.
"We were lucky to be just one goal down at half time," he told BBC Sport after the 2-0 defeat at Tannadice.
"Our performances in the first and second halves were like night and day. After the break we had two or three great chances to score.
"We had Dundee United on the back foot but we're not getting up for the battle until the second half."
