Nish signs new Killie deal
Colin Nish celebrates at Firhill
Colin Nish has scored five goals for Kilmarnock
Colin Nish has finally signed an extended deal with Kilmarnock that will keep him at the club until 2005.

The new contract was all but agreed last week but the 22-year-old delayed signing in order to focus on his driving test.

He passed that last Wednesday and has now put pen to paper on an extended deal at Rugby Park.

A club spokesman said: "Everybody at the club is absolutely delighted that Colin has signed this new contract."

"Since he has been at the club, he has shown he is an exceptional young player."

Nish, who was released by Dunfermline in the summer, has been in great form recently and has scored five goals in the last seven games.

Killie last week agreed an extension to goalkeeper Francois Dubourdeau's contract.

The Frenchman, who was at Motherwell last season, has established himself as the Kilmarnock number one.
